When creating a new samples I can still see all the user fields, I thought v3 was supposed to remove these?

When the database is converted to the v3 format we are unable to make some changes automatically, this is to avoid data loss. Once you have opened v3 simply go to Projects - Edit - User Fields and then click save. This will force the data into the new format and will prevent any errors.
